POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VISIT

The health and well-being of our customers and staff remains our top priority. We will be following all state and industry guidelines and taking precautions to help ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Here’s what to expect when you arrive for your next visit:

  • Reservations will be required.
  • Face coverings will be required when you arrive at the tasting room. While seated, coverings can be removed to enjoy wine service.
  • All seating will be by reservation only.
  • Each reservation will last for 75 minutes.

    • HEALTH AND WELLNESS

  • All employees will wear face coverings at all times during your experience.
  • Additional sanitation measures will be taken before and after each tasting.
  • All Columbia Winery team members will be participating in regular health checks and have completed a variety of training.
  • All employees will maintain a six-foot distance from other staff and customers whenever possible.
  • Seating arrangements have been redesigned to ensure there is more than six feet of space between tables, and throughout our entry and exit spaces.

    • NEW CAPACITY STANDARDS

    To support social distancing efforts, we will be limiting our total capacity, while still ensuring that time spent with your party is enjoyable and memorable. These new standards include:

  • Our interior Member's Lounge will be temporarily closed to allow for proper staff distancing for wine and service preparation.
  • All guests must be 21 years or older.



    • We are so grateful for your support and patience as we navigate this new experience together. As we continue to make necessary adjustments, we will always remain focused on a safe and enjoyable experience.
