Fully renovated in early 2017, Columbia Winery offers a selection of elegant and unique event settings, including the signature wine country ambiance of our Barrel Room. Nestled in the heart of Woodinville wine country, we offer both indoor and outdoor spaces to create the perfect environment for any type or style of event, from upscale private dinners or receptions to business luncheons and team building activities. Columbia Winery's event space can comfortably accommodate groups up to 225 people for seated events, 300 for standing reception-style events. Our picturesque venues throughout the property can help you create an unforgettable occasion large or small.

OUR FACILITIES

Tastefully decorated with two gas fireplaces, the Columbia Room can comfortably accommodate groups up to 300 people. From business functions to private parties, this room is ideal for any type of special event.

Additionally, the Columbia Room can be divided, creating two rooms that each can accommodate up to 100 guests for seated banquets. The Vision Room, with a wall of windows and delightful French doors, opens onto a spacious private patio. The Legacy Room offers privacy in elegance with controlled lighting.

For any of these spaces, we can also offer a microphone and simple audio system. Extensive audio/visual service can be provided at request and cost. State-of-the-art internet is included in the rental and is readily available for any of your browsing needs.

WINE PURCHASE

Columbia Winery exclusively serves wines by Columbia Winery. A two case minimum wine spend is required at the event. This minimum allowance will be used to purchase cases from the current and available vintages and varietals for the event. Wines not poured at the event are the property of the customer. All wine must be purchased in cases through Columbia Winery only. The Events Manager will suggest the quantity of wine that will be needed for your group.

CATERING

All food and beverage (wine excluded) services are provided by our caterers, A Platinum Event, Seastar/John Howie Catering, and Shooby Doo Catering.

 
 
 

Due to the current King County Health recommendations, prepared foods used for banquet events are not allowed to leave the premises. In addition, the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Washington State Liquor Control Board. Columbia Winery and our preferred caterers are responsible for the administration and adherence to these regulations. It is the policy that no beverage of any kind may be brought in the winery. Beer and spirits are provided through our catering team.

PARKING

Columbia Winery has 140 parking spaces that are included with venue booking. Parking for guests is designated in the southwest area of the parking lot. Your Columbia Winery Events Manager can also provide you with valet service referrals.
