Columbia Winery is the ideal location for business
and social events. Located in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country,
our beautiful banquet facility offers a variety of size and style
in meeting spaces. We offer state-of-the-art technological capabilities,
a classic and inviting atmosphere at our Victorian-style manor, and
superior customized in-house catering. Columbia Winery provides 140
complimentary parking spaces.
THE COLUMBIA ROOM
Tastefully decorated
in warm earth tones with two gas
fireplaces and overhanging grapeleaf
sculptures, the Columbia Room can comfortably accommodate groups
up to 225. From business functions to private parties, the room is
ideal for any type of special event.
The Columbia Room can be divided,
creating the following two rooms
that EACH can accommodate up to 75
guests: The
Milestone Room, with
a wall of windows and French doors, opens onto
a spacious and private
patio, and The Cellarmaster Room offers
elegant privacy with controlled lighting.

THE WOODBURNE ROOM
The Woodburne Room, our most intimate space, is a charming
setting with a gas burning fireplace,
refined wallpaper, wainscoting and
unique window coverings. This room
is the perfect backdrop for private
meetings, parties or dinners of up
to twenty-four guests.

BANQUET
ROOM RENTAL INFORMATION
RESERVATIONS:
To reserve a banquet room, please
call the Banquet Manager at the
Columbia Winery at (425) 482-7440.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the room rental
is required to confirm a reservation
date. This deposit will be deducted
from your final bill. A room reservation
is not confirmed until we receive
the deposit and signed contract.
The remaining balance, if any,
must be paid in full 30 days prior
to the event.
Two reservation periods are generally
available on Saturdays, the first between the hours of 10am and 4pm,
and the second between 6pm and Midnight minimum guest count of 150.
The Columbia Room (the Milestone and Cellarmaster Rooms combined) is the only
reservation accepted for the 6pm to Midnight time frame on Saturday evenings.
CATERING:
All food and beverage services are
provided in house by the talented
culinary team of Daniel's Catering. Catering food and beverage
cost minimums MUST be met with
each room rental. Sample menus
are available for your review.

and prices.
BANQUET ROOM HOLD PROCEDURES:
A tentative three business day hold may be
placed on a specific date, when
feasible. The hold will automatically
be removed if confirmation has
not been made. The reservation
is complete only with a receipt
of deposit and a signed room rental
agreement.
BANQUET ROOM PAYMENT PROCEDURES :
Following receipt of the non-refundable
deposit and signed agreement, additional
payments may be made at any time.
Payment in full must be received
30 days prior to the event. If
fully payment has not been received
30 days prior to the event, the
event will be cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS:
A cancellation must be received 90
days prior to your event or you
will be charged the full room rental
rate. If you cancel your event
ninety days prior, and you have
paid in full, you will be refunded
all but your deposit.
PARKING:
Columbia Winery has 140 complimentary
parking spaces. To ensure adequate
parking, please encourage your
guests to carpool.
MEETING SUPPORT AND EQUIPMENT:
State of the art technologically
advanced equipment and additional
meeting support is available for
rent. Audiovisual rentals are subject
to WA State 8.9% sales tax.
WINERY TOURS AND WINE TASTINGS:
Columbia Winery would like to offer
guests a tour of our winery as well
as a complimentary wine tasting at
our tasting bar in our gift shop.
Please inquire when making your room
rental reservation. To ensure tour availability arrangements must be made through the banquet representative at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date, otherwise tours and tastings in
the tasting room are not guaranteed.
Private tours and tastings, hosted by a Columbia Winery
educator, may also be available. All
private tours and tastings are fee
based and must be scheduled one week
prior to your event.
